Unique Passive: Demon Dragon Manifestation [Passive]

  • Combat Force Support: ATK/M-ATK +10%. Removed when the buff caster dies. Does not stack with other Authority effects.

Classes

Rogue (Tier 1)

Medium defense · Dealer · Weapons: Dual Daggers

An entry-level melee dealer who closes in with Leap movement and Crit +5~10% to land dagger damage. Uses Stealth (untargetable + Crit +20%, re-Stealth and extra Movement on a kill) to safely dive in, teleports to the back line with Dark Shadow Flash, and finishes enemies at 50% HP or below with Chain Slash's extra hit. The core of play is chaining kills into the next Stealth to clear multiple enemies in a single turn.

Lethality

LvEffect
1Can Leap when moving, and Crit Rate increases by 5% when attacking in combat.
2Can Leap when moving, and Crit Rate increases by 10% when attacking in combat. (Dark Shadow Flash: (TP 2, Range 1-3, Area Single, CD 2 turns): Teleports to a tile adjacent to a designated enemy, then attacks, dealing 130% of ATK as damage.) (Stealth: (Range Self, Area Single, CD 3 turns): Enters Stealth for 2 turns and gains extra Movement.) (Chain Slash: (TP 2, Range 1-1, Area Single, CD 2 turns): Attacks an enemy, dealing 100% of ATK as damage; if the enemy's HP is 50% or below, an extra hit triggers dealing 80% of ATK as damage.)

Thief (Tier 2)

Medium defense · Dealer · Weapons: Dual Daggers

Ending the turn without dealing or taking damage enters Prowl: Movement +1~2, move through enemies, untargetable, and steal 1 enemy TP with each basic attack. Stacking Violet Blade Flash (130%, steals 2 TP on crit) on top, this is a control-oriented dagger user who slows the enemy's skill cycle. It excels at every-other-turn play that disrupts the board with TP denial and mobility rather than instant kills.

Prowl

LvEffect
1Can Leap when moving. At the end of the character's turn, if no damage was dealt to or taken from enemies this turn, enters the Prowl 1 state.
2Can Leap when moving. At the end of the character's turn, if no damage was dealt to or taken from enemies this turn, enters the Prowl 2 state. (Violet Blade Flash: (TP 1, Range 1-1, Area Single, CD 2 turns): Attacks an enemy, dealing 130% of ATK as damage and stealing 1 TP. On a critical hit, steals 2 TP.)

Character review of Moon-gyu by 하막군의게임튜브 · 2026-08-04

The last of the collaboration characters, and the reviewer is candid that he pulled her on the artwork alone — he thinks she is the prettiest portrait in recent memory, spent his Heavenly Demon savings on her, and came away with only enough copies to raise her. What he found underneath is stranger than he expected: a healer-and-buffer assassin, a position nothing else in the game occupies. (0:00, 0:30)

Demon Dragon Manifestation: an Authority buff on an assassin

At the start of the match she hands Combat Force Support to one random adjacent ally — ATK/M-ATK up, area damage taken down, an Authority effect that doesn't stack with other Authorities and falls off if she dies. Her own line is ATK and area-damage reduction.

The quiet clause is the useful one: landing a critical hit with a combat attack takes a turn off that skill's cooldown. Every one of her actives is on a 2- or 3-turn timer, so with enough Crit Rate they come back almost immediately. (1:02, 1:34)

Class: Shadowless to survive, Energy-Flow to support, Yin-Energy to raid

Shadowless Adept is the defensive option. Crit Rate up, and if she ends her turn with no adjacent unit she collects three effects at once: Ambush (untargetable until she acts or is hit), Condensed Force (Preemptive Strike, physical penetration and crit damage up, Withdraw after attacking) and Covert Guard, which cuts damage taken by up to 40%. That last number is why the reviewer calls this the build for hanging back and supporting from safety.

His one complaint is that there's no skill anywhere in the kit that grants Ambush on demand, so writing the three effects out separately buys you nothing — you always get all three or none. (2:06, 2:36)

Energy-Flow Adept is the support build. Holding any buff or debuff — which is nearly always — gives ATK and physical penetration up and damage taken down. Gaining any timed effect at all, buff or debuff, starts Inner Energy Circulation; at maximum stacks that converts into Protective Aura, worth ATK +20% and a shield of 80% of ATK, and Circulation begins restacking once the Aura expires. He corrects himself here on a point he got wrong on stream: the Circulation stacks are consumed by the conversion rather than kept.

It also drops True-Energy Resonance's cooldown by a turn and hands her Withdraw after casting it. (3:06, 3:37, 4:09, 4:40)

Yin-Energy Adept is the raid class, and the reviewer is emphatic about it. Crit Rate up, ATK up per debuff on the target, damage taken down while fighting a debuffed enemy, and before combat she stamps Resonance Seal on anything that doesn't have it.

The Seal is the engine. The sealed target takes +20% damage regardless of stacks; whenever any player lands physical damage on it, that attacker heals for 40% of Moon-gyu's ATK and the Seal gains a stack; at maximum stacks Moon-gyu gets Resonance Vigour — an extra action — and the Seal resets to one stack rather than falling off. So the party simply keeps hitting: roughly nine hits buys two re-actions, and re-actions cap at two. Stack that on a raid boss already carrying a pile of debuffs and she becomes, in his words, the reason a lot of players are planning to bring her instead of Omega. (5:11, 5:42, 6:13, 6:43, 7:15)

Golden Cicada Shell is the skill worth the pull

Swap places with an ally player within 3 tiles; if that ally has already ended their turn, they take another one — and every buff on Moon-gyu is copied onto them. TP 2, 3-turn cooldown.

The reviewer's reaction is the clearest moment in the video: Esmeralda's re-action, on an assassin, with a buff copy attached. Raid specialists are already building around it. Since she leaps terrain, she can cross a barricade to fetch an ally out of the enemy line, or shove one into it, and with two Resonance re-actions on top she gets three actions of her own. (7:15, 7:46, 8:16)

True-Energy Resonance and Dagger Arts

True-Energy Resonance heals allies within 2 tiles for 90% of ATK and clears two debuffs from each, while dealing 90% to enemies in the same area and stripping two buffs from each. It can't crit, which doesn't matter. Two tiles is tighter than it sounds — it's centred on her, not aimed — but on Energy-Flow it comes back a turn sooner and leaves her free to walk away afterwards. (8:47, 9:19)

Dagger Arts is 150% plus Surging Momentum: physical penetration and crit damage up, three stacks, two turns. It is nominally on a 2-turn cooldown, but the passive's crit clause refunds a turn every time it crits, so with Focus up you can effectively press it every turn and hold the stacks indefinitely. (9:52)

The ultimate you will rarely cast

180% and Stun plus True-Energy Rupture on the target, then a fan behind it — up to five tiles deep — for 130%, knocking everything back a tile. Higher manifestation takes it to 210% and 160%, adds a 50% chance of Daze and refunds 2 TP.

The damage is real, but the reviewer doesn't expect you to reach it often: she spends TP continuously on healing and repositioning, so five rarely accumulates. (10:24, 10:54, 11:24)

Gear

Black Crow or One Against a Thousand, and he treats it as taste. Two of her three classes already carry +30% Crit Rate and the exclusive weapon adds another 30%, so with a crit-focused set he is over 100% and wasting the surplus — which is an argument for taking penetration and Max HP instead and assuming the crits land anyway. (11:24, 11:54, 12:24)

The weapon is where the raid tell is

Using a skill gives ATK and Crit Rate +30% at ★5. Ending the turn while debuffed grants Sapphire Guard (-15% damage taken) and then clears one debuff — in that order, so holding a single debuff doesn't cost you the buff.

★5 adds the part that matters: a critical hit applies Sapphire Fury to a target above 30% HP, and the strong version at or below 30%. The strong version is +20% damage taken at ★5 and +30% at ★6. In PvP you rarely spend your turns hitting something already under 30%; in a raid you do nothing else. That single condition is the clearest evidence the whole character was built for raiding. (12:56, 13:27, 13:57)

Runes

All Chaos, with no discussion — the standard assassin line, and her healing scales off ATK anyway, so nothing wants a different stat. (14:27)

Manifestation: the revive, then the second Authority

Manifestation grants Restorative Meditation: once per match, lethal damage instead clears her debuffs and revives her at 25% HP, healing allies within 2 tiles for 40% of ATK. It fires even from Banish.

Later stages add Max HP and make the revive refund TP as well as heal. At full manifestation the heal goes to 80% of ATK across 3 tiles, and — the part he rates highest — Combat Force Support is handed to two allies instead of one. Park two units either side of her and the match opens with both of them already buffed. He points straight at Heavenly Demon Cheon as the passenger. (14:27, 14:59, 15:30, 16:00, 16:31)

Artifacts: Clarity Gem is the one to read

Assassin's Seal+2 more → and Crest of Chains+3 more → are the obvious pair, the same Seal Omega runs.

Clarity Gem is the interesting one: +30% to ATK, healing and shields given, and casting a heal on an ally grants them Vitality plus Gem's Protection. Vitality is ATK/M-ATK up and Focus after attacking; Gem's Protection is area and damage-over-time reduction plus a turn-end heal. Because True-Energy Resonance hits everyone within 2 tiles at once, one cast distributes all of it to the whole cluster. He notes Vitality doesn't appear until ★5, which is where he'd draw the line. (17:02, 17:32, 18:02)

Verdict

As an attacker she's short of the mark and Omega is simply better. As a support she's very good, and how good depends entirely on who stands next to her: open with the Authority buff, heal once to spread Vitality and Focus, then let Heavenly Demon Cheon re-action into the enemy line stealing TP, or hand the turn to Holy King Lacid to fly in and summon Arondight.

For raids he puts her clearly ahead of Omega already, and expects her to own the format once tactics settle. For PvP, Omega still wins — but not by enough to call her unusable there. (18:32, 19:03, 19:35, 20:05)
