Guide

Note: the following is NamuWiki community assessment (KR server), subjective opinion. No explicit S/A/B tier letter rating is present in the text.

  • Base class Rogue; Tier 3 classes are Death Fling / Mist Stepper / Black Knox, all original classes. Ult is Killing Virus.
  • Passive Blade of Jealousy is called quite solid: unconditional crit chance boost is very useful for a crit-focused assassin, crits refund cooldown, and buff-stealing arrives at 6-star. Because she was distributed at 6-star at launch, you get the high-awakening passive with no extra investment, a plus.
  • Assassin's Instinct is more of a "last-hit instinct" than assassin instinct, great for confirming kills; its true value shows in Raids, since raid bosses do not die at 1 HP, so re-action triggers 100% from that point. A raided Omega gets 2 (full manifestation: 3) extra actions per turn with no extra condition once the boss hits 1 HP, and re-action crits can accelerate skill cooldown rotation.
  • Doom Throw is closer to a last-ditch flail than a strategic suicide bomb; hard to use as a strategic self-destruct in a 5-member party, but a squishy assassin can situationally exploit it. Manifestation adds the un-removable Acid Poison, def/res down + defense-ignoring damage, making strategic use viable.
  • Class notes: Death Fling is the only class with base range 3, excellent for a squishy assassin doing ranged; Nimble Hands stacks to +45% ATK/crit and builds fast thanks to Omega's many re-action/extra-attack skills. Mist Stepper is survival-focused (ATK/DEF/RES +30%) but loses 25% penetration damage vs Light-defense targets (the assassin's main prey, mages), and enemies have "mind's eye" that pops stealth with AoE, so its defensive buffs are hard to use in practice; still viable on stages where enemies cannot use AoE. Black Knox is the recommended pick: specialized in debuffs, lowers cooldown of the strong Assassin's Mark and Forbidden Elixir, turns Forbidden Elixir into a re-action skill, and applies Weaken debuffs synergizing with same-attribute Sharkbari's Dominator class; but it has no defense, so survival relies on Weaken debuffs and Mist Bomb's fog veil.
  • Killing Virus (ult): described as taking half the damage of Sharn's Shinwol-hwanyoungcham, adding defense-ignore + heal reduction + ATK/spell down to the removed portion and turning it into a debuff, so it focuses on debuffs over single-target burst. Reaches 45% ATK reduction with Black Knox's Weaken. Manifestation grants TP payback of 2 (1-manifestation) to 3. Note: it says "max stacks" but the ult itself counts as being attacked, so you actually see 4 stacks after; effective hit is 80~95% ATK plus one Killing Virus stack.
  • Overall assessment: an accumulating DoT dealer that forces massive bleed via varied re-action conditions and supports allies with debuffs; a specialist in re-action and poison-kills. Best run as Black Knox. In Raids, once boss HP hits 1, re-action is 100%, enabling combo+re-action to stack poison insanely (near one-man-show in Kraken raid). Adding the Horrific Poison Vial artifact further boosts DoT; can even out-damage Sharn or Heidelheun in total poison damage depending on build. Weaknesses: assassin frailty (squishy), tends to over-advance alone and get focus-fired, and heavy re-action means taking more counters, so HP management is a constant struggle (reason the unique weapon has HP as a bonus stat). AI rarely uses Awakening Elixir, so auto-play has some difficulty, though AI handles her main content (Raids) fine. Story enemy Heidelheun has bad synergy with her Root Hacker class (buff-disguised debuffs get stolen by Omega's 6-star buff-steal) but good synergy with the Chaosblinger class (damage scales with debuff count, same attribute).

Awakening/Manifestation progression: Two tracks per stage: Manifestation and Inner Cube. - Stage 1: Ultimate Enhance 1 / Stat Enhance 1 - Stage 2: Unique Passive Enhance 1 / Stat Enhance 2 - Stage 3: Ultimate Enhance 2 / Artifact Acquisition - Stage 4: Unique Passive Enhance 2 / Artifact Enhance 1 - Stage 5: Ultimate Enhance 3 / Artifact Enhance 2 - Stage 6: Unique Passive Enhance 3 / Artifact Enhance 3 Passive scaling context: base crit chance +10% / max awakening +20% / max manifestation +30% and ATK +30%; at 6-star adds stealing 1 buff from target. Assassin's Instinct re-action limit: 1/turn base, 2/turn at 3-manifestation, 3/turn at 6-manifestation. Doom Throw: 80% base / 100% at max awakening; manifestation adds 2 TP removal and Acid Poison.

  • Unique weapon Sonic Shift, dual daggers: bonuses physical penetration +20% and Max HP +10%. On combat attack/counter crit, gains High-speed Vibration: ATK +510%, physical pen +510%, max 2 stacks, 2 turns, un-removable. When Omega equips it, starts each stage with Ultra-high-speed Vibration 2 stacks; if no crit on attack/counter, loses 1 stack. At 3-star+ adds Armor Crack: def/res -25%, received physical damage +10%, 2 turns on crit. At 4-star+ adds ATK +30% in combat if the target has a shield. Community view: only worth securing at high awakening; otherwise consider Sharn's for neurotoxin debuff on crit or 6-star Black Shadow Blade for pure damage.
  • Armor: Legend tier Crow set or Hero tier Assassin set for crit return; One-Against-a-Thousand for debuff/penetration builds; Slayer set is the high ceiling if crit is secured. Accessories: Legend Ancient Spirit Plate or Arrowhead; Hero ATK/pen or crit; Whetstone for extra-hit builds.

KR Creator Guide

Character review of Omega by 하막군의게임튜브 · 2026-08-04

Genesis War Mobile's first original character, and the reviewer's verdict is mostly about how she plays rather than how strong she is: lots of extra actions, lots of extra attacks, and damage-over-time scattered everywhere. He finds her genuinely fun and probably strong, but says his own copy is too low-investment to judge, and points at Belzebub as the precedent — poorly received at launch, well regarded once people worked him out. (25:25)

He filmed this at 1 manifestation, since every player was given a copy. (1:01)

Assassin Instinct is a free clean-up action

If Omega has already acted and any character within 5 tiles drops to low health, she gets her action back and moves again — the reviewer's description is a "low-HP clean-up crew". The threshold rises with manifestation, from 20% up to 35%. (1:32)

It plays well with chained damage: he demonstrates that a kill landing from Heidelun's Aftershock still grants the extra action, because the trigger fires the moment the target drops low, not when it dies. (3:03)

One bug he flags: her passive steals a buff when a single-target skill crits — except it also triggers on basic attacks, which means in raids she steals Heidelun's Root Hacker stacks off her own team. He asks for a fix. (2:32)

Class

Death Fling is the ranged option, with attack range 3 despite being an assassin. Nimble Fingers stacks +15% ATK and Crit Rate up to 3 times, and it triggers before a skill — so Forbidden Elixir, then Assassin's Mark, then Echo Knife banks all three stacks in one turn, for +45% each. Single- target ranged skills also get 2 turns of cooldown reduction on a crit. (4:04)

Mist Stepper is the tanky one: +30% across the board, but 25% less bonus damage into Light Armour. Its real payload is Mist Veil — effectively free stealth at end of turn whenever no enemy is adjacent, which also clears debuffs and reduces area damage taken. Nimble Body adds a 70% chance to take 50% less from combat attacks. He calls it a lesser Guard: crits still land, but the damage is halved. (6:42)

Black Knox applies a Weaken alongside any debuff she inflicts and grants Hunting Instinct (+40% ATK) plus Forbidden Technique, which should cut the cooldowns of Assassin's Mark and Forbidden Elixir and extend the elixir's duration each turn. (8:17)

It doesn't work. He tests it on camera: neither cooldown is reduced at all, and the duration extension fires exactly once instead of every turn. He can't tell whether it's a tooltip error or a bug, but flags it clearly. (8:49)

Forbidden Elixir is the interesting skill

Three choices. Acute Venom adds 50% DEF-ignoring damage after an attack, and it can crit — damage-over-time that rolls critical hits — with healing reduction attached.

SkillTagsTPRangeCDEffect
Infection----applies a stack after a single attack and after the follow-up, up to 5, dealing 35% per stack at end of turn. Pair it with Echo Knife's two hits to land two stacks at once.
Awakening-1--raises ATK, cuts damage taken and grants Focus on attack. The detail not written in the tooltip, which he goes in-game to demonstrate: it refunds 1 TP the moment you cast it. So it costs nothing, and the Focus then returns another TP when you attack — 3 TP back to 3 TP. (15:03, 17:39)

The rest of the kit

Echo Knife throws for 75%, retreats if the target survives, and adds another 75% on a crit — 150% total. The retreat is tied to the first hit, so a kill on the follow-up still lets her withdraw. (12:30)

Mist Bomb is a 3x3 for 100% at +30% penetration that also removes single-tile effects — Clausewitz's tactical manuals, Diablo's soul markers — and lays a mist zone granting stealth, -15% damage taken for allies, +15% for enemies, Slow, and extra-action denial. Dropping it as a roadblock on the first turn makes an enemy waste their extra action inside it. (13:30)

The ultimate, Killing Virus, is not a burst. It steals TP, deals modest damage and applies 5 stacks immediately, each worth up to 60% of ATK as DEF-ignoring damage — and crucially it detonates when she is attacked and whenever an ally ends their turn, so a marked target simply bleeds out as the match continues. At full manifestation it also cuts ATK and M-ATK by 80%. (18:09, 22:19)

Gear

Black Crow with Serrated Arrowhead is his best pick. One Against a Thousand is playable, but he stresses that Physical Penetration is nearly useless on her. (19:43)

Weapon

Not a priority. Assassins normally treat the generic dark blade as their weapon, and because Omega's damage is mostly ATK-scaled damage-over-time, her exclusive is worth less than usual. Full awakening gives +40% Physical Penetration, +10% Max HP and a +20% ATK increase that applies to final attack power, plus an armour-break debuff on critical hits. (20:14)

Runes

All Chaos. He is unusually direct: penetration doesn't matter, health doesn't matter, there is no debate to have. (21:49)

Manifestation

2 adds ATK alongside Crit, and gives her a death effect — Acid Toxin, cutting DEF and RES with 40% of ATK at end of turn. 4 doubles the ATK bonus and raises Acid Toxin to 60%. 6 takes it to 80%, strips 2 TP on her death, and lifts Assassin Instinct's threshold to 35%. (22:53)

Artifacts

All three are viable and he calls it taste, though he would run Assassin's Seal+3 more →: it applies Assassin's Mark automatically on a 3-turn cooldown, which frees a skill slot entirely.

Brawler's Knuckle+1 more → is +30% ATK and +30% Max HP with no condition — he notes drily that even Black Prince's equivalent only applies to melee. Poison Vial adds 60% DoT damage, which suits a kit made almost entirely of it, and pairs naturally with Forbidden Elixir and the ultimate. (23:53)

Our write-up of the video above, not a transcript — the reviewer’s own findings and opinions, put into English against Omega’s kit and linked up to the rest of the wiki. Timestamps open the original at that moment.
