Imperial Pandragon Governor
Imperial Governor stationed in occupied Pandragon. Leads the invasion of Astania in Chapter 10, fielding a second-class Machina of his own — also named Asura, distinct from the demonic sword that surfaces much later — and captures Astania's Erich Schultz before the Alliance can bring him down.
The invasion is turned back and Erich freed, reviving the Silver Arrow Alliance under Iyolin. Still reeling from the defeat, Griam requests reinforcements from Beradin, blaming himself for being deceived by Silver Arrow's diversion tactics.
Running Arc
Death in Pandragon Castle
Griam's forces lose the Battle of Wake Plains, and Griam holes up in Pandragon Castle and asks for reinforcements, but Beradin refuses his request. When the Silver Arrow Alliance storms the castle, Griam refuses to retreat and is killed in combat by Iyolin before the throne, ending his resistance and clearing the Alliance's path to the crown.
