Installed as the new Imperial governor of Cutis (Chapter 6) after Vincent Bernstein's staged assassination removes him from public power. A harder line than his predecessor. Defeated and killed by Iyolin herself when the Allied Forces retake Castle Cutis (Chapter 9).
