Arcia Landino

Chief of the Cutis Resistance. Originally belonged to the Cutis Royal Guard, but after the fall of the Kingdom of Cutis, formed the Cutis Resistance aiming for Cutis's independence. Leads the Resistance with gentle leadership while harboring a passionate determination and zeal, willing to risk everything to fight for Cutis.

Publicly — and falsely — blamed by the Empire for the staged assassination of Vincent Bernstein (Chapter 6). Holds the local effort together until Silver Arrow's arrival tips the balance and Cutis Castle is finally retaken (Chapter 9). Later, while the Cutis Resistance is away fighting elsewhere, reorganizes the home front against a surge of bandit activity and becomes the undisputed leader of Cutis — and of the Republic that follows (Chapter 34). Has a long-standing romantic relationship with fellow Resistance member Erica Myers, who also respects Arcia as the Resistance's commander.
