커티스 해방군의 수장. 본래 아르시아는 커티스 근위대 소속이었으나 커티스 왕국이 멸망한 뒤 커티스 독립을 목표로 해방군을 결성했다. 온화한 리더십으로 해방군을 이끌고 있지만, 가슴속에는 커티스를 위해서라면 목숨을 내던져서라도 싸우겠다는 뜨거운 의지와 열정을 품고 있다.

(Immovable Flash: (TP 1, Range 1-1, Area Single, CD 2 turns): Deal 130% of ATK as damage to an enemy and apply Bind for 1 turn.)
