Character review of Young Sect Leader Cheon by 하막군의게임튜브 · 2026-08-04

The second half of the collaboration pair, and the reviewer notes the obvious first: it's the same person as Heavenly Demon Cheon at a different point in his life, with a different design.

He also raises the wider complaint, fairly. The Inner Break characters have been arriving progressively stronger, the collaboration units are stronger still, and people are talking about power inflation — plus these use the Outer One pull system, which he says some players simply dislike. His counterweight is that this one is handed out generously enough to reach full awakening cheaply. (0:00, 0:30, 1:00, 1:31)

His verdict, having reviewed Heavenly Demon Cheon first without having looked at this one: they're close, and this may well be the better character. (15:27, 15:58)

Body Reconstruction, and the turn-4 clause

Once per match, lethal damage revives him — 70% HP at 6★, 100% at full manifestation — and puts him into Body Reconstruction: attack, Crit Rate and damage reduction, stacking to three, one stack added at the end of each of his turns.

The clause that changes how you play him: if he hasn't entered the state by the start of the fourth allied turn, he enters it anyway — and gives up the revive in exchange. So the state is guaranteed either way; dying just gets you there sooner and keeps the health.

At full manifestation each stack is 15%, so three stacks is +45% attack, +45% Crit Rate and -45% damage taken, plus a full debuff clear on entry. Reaching three stacks takes until roughly turn five if you didn't die.

And while the state is up, ending his action grants an extra action — with no cooldown at all from the fourth manifestation stage. He draws the contrast with Heavenly Demon Cheon, whose re-action needs five stacks maintained; this one is unconditional once it's running. (1:31, 2:02, 2:32, 3:02, 13:54, 14:24, 14:56)

Class: Nano Martial God to punish attackers, Heaven-Breaker to move

Neither tier-3 collaboration class is in our own kit data yet; these are read off the review and gmap.

The Nano Martial God class cuts critical hit chance and critical damage taken by 25–30%, and anything ending its action within 4 tiles gets Hypersense Vigil: fighting him costs it a buff and raises the damage it takes by 50–60%. Walking up and casting a Sprint is enough to catch it, so the enemy loses a buff and eats a counterattack at heavily amplified damage.

He is careful not to oversell it: this doesn't make him tanky, it makes attacking him expensive. (3:02, 3:32, 4:02, 4:33)

The Heaven-Breaker class is the one he builds around. Using a skill without having walked that turn grants Instant Deployment — physical penetration and attack, +30% each — and refunds the TP spent, once per turn. Separately, an enemy that moved before attacking him deals 30–40% less damage.

Two observations that make it work:

  • The AI essentially always moves before attacking, so that 40% reduction is effectively permanent in PvP.
  • "Moved" means walked. Wind God Step teleports, so it doesn't count as movement — meaning he can reposition and still keep the no-movement bonus.

(4:33, 5:04, 5:34)

Wind God Step and the TP loop

Wind God Step gives +1 movement just by being equipped, teleports up to 3 tiles, grants another attack or skill, and gives physical penetration and Crit Rate at 5% per point of movement — 20% at movement 4, more with an outside movement buff.

Because the teleport isn't walking, casting it triggers Instant Deployment and the TP refund. He adds it up: 30% from Instant Deployment, 20% from Wind God Step, 20% from the exclusive weapon — 80% physical penetration before gear, so One Against a Thousand alone puts him at 100%.

The TP loop: cast Wind God Step for 2 TP, get it refunded, and at full weapon awakening an 80% chance of another TP on top — so he can end up at 4 TP after moving. Alternate a walked turn with a teleported turn and TP stops being a constraint. (5:34, 6:06, 6:37, 8:42, 9:14, 11:48)

Skills

Nano Scan he mostly skips — it only buffs himself and reduces damage he takes, and it has the same AI problem he described before: the AI casts it at walls to collect the buff.

The Nano Martial God active is 150% on 1 TP and a 2-turn cooldown, dropping to 1 turn when it kills; with TP left over and the target still alive, a follow-up hit adds 50% ignoring defence, for 200% total.

He tested the interaction and reports it as a limitation: if the follow-up is what kills, the cooldown reduction does not apply — the same behaviour as other multi-hit finishers in the game. (7:09, 7:41, 8:12)

The ultimate is Heavenly Demon Cheon's with a different name — same two-ring area, same numbers. (10:14)

Gear and runes

One Against a Thousand, which is all the penetration he needs given the 80% already in the kit. Accessory: Ancient Hero's Ring, or one of the new ones — he treats it as taste, needing only about 20% penetration from elsewhere.

Runes: all Chaos. He notes the wider shift — Ultimate runes used to go in slots 3 and 4 for health, but characters now carry so much percentage Max HP that people just stack Chaos for attack instead. (11:48, 12:20, 12:52, 13:23)

He hasn't pulled the exclusive weapon — he's waiting for the free copy — so the weapon section is read off the banner screen: Crit Rate and Max HP, +15% Crit Rate, and an 80% chance of Focus on casting a skill. With the weapon's 15%, three stacks of Body Reconstruction at 45% and Wind God Step's 20%, he puts total Crit Rate at 80%. He wishes the Focus chance were 100%. (10:14, 10:46, 11:18)

Artifacts

Warrior's Essence+11 more → and Crest of Chains+3 more → are the same pair Heavenly Demon Cheon runs. Imugi's Horn+1 more → is what he sees everyone actually using, on both sides of a guild battle: the pre-combat fixed damage is substantial, and the TP-removal immunity is worth having on its own. (14:56, 15:27)

Verdict

He compares him to Elizabeth Pandragon — a character who gets stronger by dying — except this one gets there on turn four regardless, at the cost of the revive. His recommended line is therefore to charge in and die early, which gets the state running sooner and keeps the health.

The reservation is timing rather than power: warm-up characters are unpopular because guild battles are often decided within three turns. Once warmed up, the damage reduction has no cap and the re-actions have no cooldown, and he rates that very highly.

He closes on the collectability. Three free copies make him cheap to raise, but he's a limited character with no stated way to upgrade later — the developer note promises to "look into a method", which he reads as fragment exchange arriving only after the banner ends. (16:29, 17:00, 17:31, 18:04, 18:35, 19:07)
