Designates a tile within 3 tiles around, applies Hypnosis for 1 turn to enemies within 2 tiles around that tile and sets 1 skill on cooldown as if it had been used. For male characters, the duration of the Hypnosis effect is increased by 1. Hypnosis [Action Control] (Duration 1): Falls into hypnosis and cannot act. Removed if damaged. Cannot recover TP. Allowed weapons: Staff, Rod
