Immediately after using this skill, can additionally attack or use a skill. Gain the Refuse Barrier shield, which blocks damage equal to 100% of attack power for 2 turns, for 2 turns.

• Refuse Barrier [Shield] (Duration 2): Attack-power-based shield. While the shield persists, grant other allies within 2 tiles around a shield that blocks damage equal to 20% of their total HP when in combat.
