• **Blade of Decision 1:** Damage taken is reduced by 15%, and reduced by an additional amount equal to 10% of the HP ratio lost. When in combat with an enemy that has a debuff, Attack Power / Physical Penetration increase by 20%. When making a combat attack, damage dealt to enemies at 35% HP or below increases by 50%.
