Phantom Thief Scharnhorst

A phantom thief of unknown identity, famed across all of Antaria. Styling himself the last heir of the Black Shadow Corps, he operates chiefly in the Geysir Empire.

Though he has a thief's notoriety, his main targets were nobles and the wealthy, so the poor and oppressed common folk praise him as a righteous outlaw. He sometimes aids the Zephyr Falcon in its Empire liberation activities, maintaining a degree of cooperative relationship.
