A Merfolk guide who helps Silver Arrow survive the southern-sea ordeal against pirates and the Polar Kraken in Chapters 24–25. The Merfolk connection is also the route through which Arcion Blacksword acquired the Arbalest. She is one of the rare Merfolk who can wield Decree, the ability to communicate with creatures that cannot speak — able to calm even violent monsters by delivering her true intentions to them directly.
