Ophelia Buckingham

The adopted daughter of Marquis Buckingham of Pandragon. As befits the daughter of the Royal Mage Corps commander, Marquis Buckingham, she has outstanding aptitude for magic, though how she came to hold such powerful magic at a young age has never been revealed.

Perhaps due to the shock of her whole family being killed by Richard Pandragon in Marquis Buckingham's rebellion, she shows some difficulty in communicating.
