Dycus Rockwood

The highest-ranking warrior of Dagal, comparable in status to a prince within the Dagal hierarchy. He is one of the voices who pushed hardest for the ill-fated Trisis expedition alongside Erich Schultz. He is captured during the disaster.

Beradin then releases him as the ceasefire envoy who proposes the Black Bridge meeting — the man who unknowingly carries the message that triggers the Black Prince's awakening.
