After being attacked, applies Cold Erosion and Chill to the attacker; if Cold Erosion does not apply, deals 60% of Spell Power as ice magic damage instead (can crit, ignores damage-taken reduction, scales with damage-over-time bonuses; when several apply at once, damage beyond the second is reduced to 25% and capped at 3 instances). Removed on triggering. Does not stack with the Black Mirror effect. Cold Erosion: At end of action, take 60% of the caster's Spell Power as ice magic damage (can crit, ignores damage-taken reduction). Stacks decrease on triggering. Chill: Attack / Spell Power -30%. Movement -1.
