While this skill is equipped, shields given increase by 40%. Frost Veil [Cannot be removed][Shield] (Duration 2): Critical hit chance received -25%. Immune to TP removal. Shield worth 50% of Spell Power. On a critical hit chance roll, this buff's shield is increased 1.5x. On removal, clears 1 debuff.
