Deadly Scorch

Consumes all ammo. Move to a designated tile within 3 tiles around you, then deal 60% of attack power as damage to enemies within 2 tiles around you and load 1 Magic Bullet. Deal double damage to enemies at 50% HP or below. The ammo effect triggers once on each enemy damaged, and if there are many enemies, the number of enemies receiving the effect is limited to the ammo count. ---
