Pope Rubens Heisenberg

High priest of the Church of the Gods and Pope of the Astanian Holy Empire. A man of virtue who ruled Astania wisely while the continent was at peace, but began to waver once war broke out. He is now a weak-kneed ruler swayed by the Astania Bishop Knights. He shelters Silver Arrow's forces and commits Astania to the alliance after the liberation of his country from the Imperial occupation.
